HP 15s du-3060tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm using an HP 15s du3060tx laptop. The battery is properly charging till 99%, but not fully charged. It is showing the battery is charging but sometimes it is showing that 2 hr 30 minutes to fully charged when in 99% too.

It rarely gets charged fully.

My computer has an integrated battery.

My laptop automatically attempted to update the BIOS, but it was unsuccessful and it got recovered automatically by itself.

Since then the battery is not charging fully. Only a few times it is getting charged fully.

I have viewed other solutions from other posts in this community but they are all suggesting to reinstall those drivers. But I'm not risking myself by doing this. It would be better if there is another solution for this problem

hello sir ,

There are two types of bios in laptop . one is called EC and another is main which contains tx and me region . following your problem I think you have to update your bios from hp site  . The charging issue is handled by EC bios.

I will try doing this.
