Hi i was wondering if anyone else has the same issue and how it was resolved, I have a hp omen 16, intel i7 2700h eoth the rtx 3070ti, the issue I'm having is, when the charger is plugged in my games crash and some don't even open, but with it unplugged it works fine, tried booting a game then plugging in my charger and it instantly crashes it, was wondering if this is a battery issue or the charger?

I suggest that you watch the official HP video and then actually identify your laptop in a way that is helpful to us.

I would suspect the power adapter.
Does your laptop charge without any issues?
Have you run the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics tests on the memory, system board and power adapter?
Which adapter does your laptop have?
From the Maintenance & Service guide
AC adapters (PFC, 4.5 mm)
230 W HP Smart AC adapter M41303-001
200 W HP Smart AC adapter M42546-001
150 W HP Smart AC adapter L32661-001

I would run the long memory and system tests.
If you see error messages, capture them.
