Exactly what I said above. I just bought this laptop last night, brand new, and the battery pack gets RIDICULOUSLY hot when plugged in. Why and what should I do?

Within how many minutes your PC is getting hot?

Is it really hot to touch? If yes, I recommend you contact the store you purchased as it is brand new.

 

You may also try updating the BIOS and see if that helps. Click here
