I've got a problem with the charge of my Pc. When i plug-in my AC charger, it doesn't really do anything, only letting me use the pc with the cable connected but not rising up the battery. Summarizing, it won't charge, and I don't know why. What I did was doing a quick hardware scan and this showed up on my Battery pack: ID: 0U77WK-000C63-MFPXGJ-C0RQ13.

Can someone please help with this? What does it means? How I can solve the problem?

Thanks.

That error code does not tell me much other than that the warranty is expired.

From what you have reported as the issue and with an expired warranty that means that battery is more than one year old.

I would replace the battery with a new one. That should resolve the issue.

You can  run the HP PC Hardware Diagnostic utility  battery test. It should report that there is an issue or not even run at all.
