I've been facing an issue since the past few days. My laptop battery doesn't charge beyond 50-52 per cent. It charges from 0-52 without any issues but doesn't charge beyond that.
Have tried the following troubleshooting options
- Component tests for the adapter and the battery - both passed the test
- BIOS Update
- Firmware update
- Interchanging the adapter with my other laptop (Both adapters are charging the other laptop to 100%)
- Windows updates
- Installing and re-installing the Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Method Battery drivers from Device Manager

Since it is a non-removable battery haven't gotten around to resetting it.
Anybody else encountered the same problem and managed to solve it.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the battery is not getting charged completely.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I see that you have already followed all the relevant steps. However, I recommend you perform a reset on the computer and check if it helps.
