Hi @Akash_Kumar1,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If the battery percentage on your HP Pavilion x360 14-inch 2-in-1 laptop isn't decreasing, it could be due to a few reasons.

  • Battery Calibration Issue: Sometimes, the battery meter might need calibration. To calibrate, fully charge the battery, then let it drain completely until the laptop shuts down. After that, charge it back to 100% without interruption.
  • Battery Settings: Check your power settings to ensure that there's no setting that might be affecting the battery display. You can access power settings through Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Power Options.
  • Battery Health: The battery might be malfunctioning or stuck in a calibration issue. You can check the battery health using HP's battery test tools available in the HP Support Assistant or through BIOS diagnostics.
  • Driver Issue: Sometimes, the issue can be due to outdated or corrupt battery drivers. You might want to update or reinstall the battery drivers. To do this, go to Device Manager, find the battery under Batteries, right-click and choose Update driver.
  • System Update: Ensure that your operating system and firmware are up to date, as updates can fix bugs related to battery management.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
