The battery of the HP ENVY x360  - 15-u240nd (ENERGY STAR) doesn't reload.

 

What type of battery, product nr./serial should i buy to replace this?

Are you planninhg to replace the battery yourself?

 

It is an internal battery.

3-cell, 43-Wh, 2.83-Ah, Li-ion
