Common problems for Battery

System is shutting down when battery reaches 50% charging

Did u calibrate thhe battery with HP support assistant. 

Or do the followings things.

1. Keep the battery for balance performance or power saver mode (go to control panal and select power option and select the performance category).

2. Always keep the laptop air vent and port are clean ( use the air can and clean the air vent area).

3. If want you can reset the laptop ( go to settings and select the recovery  and select the reset option , it will take some hours).

4. Remove the battery and fix it agian  

5. Charge the battery fully after shut down the pc.

6. Check any unwanted apps are running in background (use the taskmanager).

7. Press the f2 key when you press power button on and check battery component test. If possible run all the test. 

8. Scan for virus test.
