Hello why I have laptop battery with one part number and say replace with hp spare with other part number and both have different Volt?

The sprecs of your machine is

 

             https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c05157225

 

It uses 

 
3-cell, 31 Wh Li-ion

 battery parts #  807956-001. Part could be old, no longer available. You can use other part as long as it is from HP specs.

Thanks I have been searching with the data reflected in the battery : Part Number 807611-421 and Volts 10.95V, but there are a small label that say Replace with HP Spare Part Number 807956-001 that is a 10.48V Battery, so it is confusing to me
