HP Notebook - 15-ay039wm (ENERGY STAR)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I searched for the HP part numbers for spare batteries for my son's laptop, and almost everything coming back for 807957-001 of 807956-001 seems to be coming back as a 14.8v battery, but the original battery lists 10.95 volts.  This is even for listings of "genuine HP" batteries.  Tried finding specs on HP Support, but I must be doing something wrong.  If I order one, is it going to fry something?  Or do I need to stick with looking for a 10.95 volt battery?

I appreciate the quick response, but I still need to know about the voltages.  Am I missing it somewhere?
