I am trying to replace my laptop battery, which according to HP, is the L11421-AC3; however, I am not finding that particular number anywhere; most of what I'm finding is HT03XL and that battery will NOT power up my laptop! any suggestions? my battery is lasting no more than 30 minutes and needs to be replaced; thanks
