Hello,

I am trying to locate a replacement batter for a hp 15-af165sa notebook. While finding a battery for this exact model is proving impossible, would a battery for other hp-15 models work the same? Or if you have any other suggestion, please tell me as its quite an urgent matter.

Firstly:not all batteries for HP 15" machines are the same.

 

The specs of your machine is

          https://support.hp.com/gb-en/document/c04930282

 

It uses battery part #  807957-001 as shown on its parts list

         https://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?searchText=V2G94EA

 

Its battery is available fro HP. You can also use its part # and buy elsewhere
