Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi everybody. I'm having difficulty knowing what battery I need to purchase for my laptop.

 

Also seems impossible to find this information in my HP support assistant. I have a 14-dv0000 9WF40AV

Whenever I click links about purchasing accessories, it just takes me to chargers not the actual battery.

 

Can someone help me figure out what battery I need to purchase, please?

Hi:

 

Chapter 3, page 19 of the maintenance and service guide on your notebook's support page indicates that you need this battery part number and description:

 

Battery (3 cell, 43 Whr)   HP part # M01144-005

 

Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com)

 

I checked the HP parts store in the UK, and they do not sell that battery part number.

 

I recommend that you do a search by the HP battery part number on Amazon or eBay and find a compatible aftermarket battery that references the HP M01144-005-part number.

Thank you so much! I was clicking around all over the place trying to find this info, I usually keep the book that comes with a laptop too but I moved house so it must have got tossed away. Thank you again!
