Hello everyone,

Product name: OMEN by HP - 15t-ce100 CTO

Product number: 2XP32AV

Operating system: Windows 11 64-bit
Microprocessor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8750H CPU @ 2.20GHz
System memory: 16 GB
Graphic device: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti / Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630

I purchased this laptop in 2018 and it has been 4 years the battery slowly started draining and now is completely dead. the laptop has to be plugged in to start the system. I couldn't find the spare model battery on the hp parts website. Also, my warranty is expired 

My question is which battery is the right replacement because the battery label shows SR03XL which I suppose is the name of the battery (3 cells 52550 mW.Hour 11550 mV LION battery) and at the bottom, there is the HP part number: L08934-2B1, and at the right, there is a sticker that says replace with HP spare L08855-855.IS any of the same available for purchase right now?

Also, is  SR03XL L08934-2B1 or SR03XL L08855-855 batteries, or are they the same but have different naming. I am looking for the original battery and not compatible battery and I can't find the same anywhere online, could someone help me with it, please .

I also reside in India right now even though I purchased the laptop in the US. it would be great if I can find a replacement either in the US or India at the earliest.

Meanwhile is it okay to use the laptop without the battery for a while, as in directly plugged into power?

Yes: "L08855-855","SR03XL", etc. all pertain to the same battery.

 

You can purchase a quality SR03XL replacement battery for your laptop online, such as this example: Amazon.com: SUNNEAR SR03XL L08855-855 Battery Replacement for HP Envy x360 15-CN 15-CP 17-BW Pavilio....
