Product: HP EliteBook 1040 G3 Notebook PC (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My battery always stays at 0% charge. Ran battery test: Battery deeply charge issue. Can someone help me with the battery part number and where I can buy the battery replacement. I tried the HP online store but could not find it

From page 17 of its manual, it uses Battery (6-cell, 45-Wh, 2.0-Ah, Li ion; includes Mylar) part # 805096-005. You can order from

 

              https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer?searchtext=805096-005

 

Or use part # to buy from Amazon, Newegg, Bestbuy .... eBay
