Hello,

 

I'm working on a friends hp envy touchsmart 15-j140eb, it needs a new battery.

The barcode sticker reads "REPLACE WITH HP SPARE 710417-001".

I can't seem to find a direct replacement, most of the aftermarket replacements are 10.8V instead of the 11.1V specified on this battery.

Where would I be able to find an official replacement, if they are still around?

You can find and order the battery in Belgium and the Netherlands easily. The search I did for online vendors is below.
