Hi, I need help since I need to replace my laptop's battery. HP's components sheet says i have an "SR04070" battery but I cannot find it on hp parts nor online, I can only find "SR04XL" and don't know if it's compatible or even the same or something completely different. Can somebody help me out?

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook:

 

OMEN by HP 15 Laptop PC Maintenance and Service Guide

 

Chapter 3, page 25 has the battery part number you need:

 

4 cell 70 Whr 4.55 Ahr LI SR04070XL-PL     HP part # 917724-855

 

You can buy an original HP battery for your notebook at the link below, but it is pretty expensive at €106.83.

 

HP Parts Store: parti per computer HP, parti per stampanti HP e parti Compaq

 

If you want to take your chances, you can buy a compatible aftermarket battery that references the HP 917724-855 part number.

 

Check on Amazon or eBay for example.
