Hi

 

I need to replace me battery as i'm getting error 601!
How can i find which type of battery is compatible with my device? in website it only says "3-cell, 52.5 Wh Li-ion polymer" but which type?

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook:

 

Maintenance and Service Guide

 

Chapter 3 has the battery part numbers and descriptions.

 

If your notebook has the 3-cell battery, the part number and description is:

 

3 cell, 52 Whr for use in models with GeForce GTX 1650 and GeForce RX 6500M graphics   HP part # L84394-005

 

HP sells the battery for €91.28, but it indicates that no inventory information is currently available.
