Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

I have an ENVY m4-1015dx with a MO06 (871731-001) battery that needs replacing. Are the MO06 and MO09 batteries interchangeable?

MO06 has 6 cells and MO09 has 9 cells. Your machine ONLY uses 6 cell battery part # 871731-001 as you know. But looks like  is an invalid part  871731-001

Where do you get it ? It's WRONG.

 

The specs of your machine is

It uses  6-cell 62WHr 2.8 Ah lithium-ion battery part #  671731-001
