HP Envy x360

I have an HP Envy x360 part number 15m-cp0012dx. The battery is showing its age; discharging quicker than before.

QUESTION: what is the part number for the replacement battery? I tried to use the HP tool to find parts, but couldn't get any useful result.

Hello @Steve5309,

The HP ENVY x360 - 15m-cp0012dx uses an Assembly-battery 3CELL 52Wh 4.55Ah LI LK with HP Spare Part number L09281-855.

You can find parts through the HP Parts Store by searching the part number. Please make sure to select the correct country at the top right. HP will also list available authorized parts partners on that page. You'll find the majority of parts available there but it's common for them to be back-ordered or unavailable.

You may be able to find the parts through online resellers or third parties but please note that we cannot assure the quality/reliability of those parts from third parties.

Please refer to the Maintenance and Service Guide for any questions about replacing the battery.
