Product: HP ProBook x360 440 G1 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Under my base warranty, there is no option for battery replacement in the deliverables.

However, I have an active extended warranty(hp care pack) which has an option of n-csr battery replace. A support agent contacted me regarding to the case that I had registered. Why am I being told that the battery replacement is covered under the base warranty only when there is no option mentioned in the deliverables.  Am i being misled here by the agent.
