How do I get the back of the computer off to replace the battery? I have an old Pavillion Laptop model 15-cc123cl.

Great video, but I can't get the back cover off to get to the battery. It's stuck and I'm afraid to force it.

Thanks, very helpful video. I was having trouble removing the cover, but found the hidden screws under the foot pads.
