Yes, you can. Changing the battery in your laptop is a little 'involved', but it is still doable as these friendly YouTube instructional videos show (showing how to replace the battery in two somewhat different related laptops -you'll be able to see which video applies to your laptop): How To REPLACE HP 14s-dq1505sa Laptop Internal BATTERY, and: Battery Replacement On HP Pavilion 15cc,15ca,15cs and many others. Battery part number: HT03XL.
If you are not comfortable changing out the battery, my recommendation is this: buy the replacement battery and take it and your laptop to a local laptop service/repair shop, and for a minimal fee they should be willing to replace the battery.

Welcome to our HP Community forum!
The part number for a replacement battery for your HP Laptop 14s-dq2xxx is: L11119-855 "ASSY-BATT 3C 41W 3.6A LI HT03XL-PR+PL".
You can purchase a quality HT03XL replacement battery online, such as this purchase example via Amazon-Ireland: https://www.amazon.ie/15-CS0053CL-15-cs1063cl-15-da1005dx-15-db0011dx-17-ca0013ng/dp/B0989X799D/ref=....

Yes, and since your system is an HP Laptop 14s-dq2xxx (consumer-class), here’s the recommended battery calibration procedure specific to HP notebooks like yours after installing a new battery:
HP Battery Calibration – HP Laptop 14s-dq2xxx:
Fully charge the new battery
Connect the AC adapter.
Let the battery charge to 100%.
Once it reaches 100%, keep it plugged in for at least 2 more hours.
You can use the laptop during this step.
Change power settings to prevent auto sleep/hibernation
In Windows, go to Control Panel → Power Options.
Under “On battery,” set Sleep and Hibernate to Never (just for this process).
Drain the battery
Disconnect the AC adapter.
Use the laptop normally to let the battery discharge completely until the notebook shuts down automatically.
Optional rest period
After shutdown, leave the laptop off for about 2–3 hours to let the battery stabilize.
Recharge to full
Plug the AC adapter back in.
Charge the battery uninterrupted to 100% again.
You may use the laptop lightly during charging, but avoid heavy loads or overheating.
After completing this cycle, your HP 14s-dq2xxx will have a properly calibrated battery -meaning Windows 11 and HP’s diagnostic tools will report charge levels more accurately.
Extra notes for your model:
Calibration does not increase actual battery capacity — it just ensures accurate reporting.
Repeat calibration only every 2–3 months if you notice incorrect charge % readings.
You can also run HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI (tap Esc → F2 at startup) and run the Battery Test to confirm health.
Hope this was helpful.

You are looking for a single 8GB DDR4 PC4-25600, 3200 MHZ, Non-ECC, SODIMM, 260-pin RAM stick -which only makes sense if your laptop is fitted with a single 8GB RAM stick right now, and you would like to add another 8GB RAM stick to your laptop, as your laptop has two RAM slots?
Here is an affordable/quality Amazon-Ireland purchase option: https://www.amazon.ie/Lexar-260-Pin-High-Performance-Computer-LD4AS008G-B3200ASST/dp/B0C7Z4HJ8L/ref=....

I assume you want to swap your existing primary (boot) M.2 NVMe SSD drive with a larger capacity M.2 NVMe SSD?
You know you need to clone your existing drive to the new drive if that is what you have in mind? If this is what you want to do, you'll need a USB to NVMe SSD adapter tool and (freeware) cloning software, before you can go ahead swapping drives. Let me know what you want to do.
One of the most affordable yet quality 1TB M.2 NVMe SSDs on the market today, would be this 1TB Silicon Power UD90 Amazon-Ireland purchase option: Silicon Power 1TB UD90 NVMe 4.0 Gen4 PCIe M.2 SSD R/W up to 5,000/4,800 MB/s (SP01KGBP44UD9005) : Am....
