Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, my battery started having troubles (It's actually at 42% of its capacity), so I started searching for a replacement. My battery its a "SR03XL", but I can't find it anywhere (at least the original).

Any idea of what can I do? I've read in different forums that some laptops are compatible with other battery models, is that my case? Is there any website that I'm missing where I can find the original one?

I only know part # The 4-cells battery also has a code SR04070XL-PL. I don't know SR04XL, may be they are the same.

your machine is in the same family with my machine but it has much lower specs. My machine uses 4 cells battery part # 917724-855 but your machine only uses 3-cell battery part # L08855-855. You can use 4-cells battery if you wish. Can you order from

Otherwise you have to use PART # and search elsewhere.
