Product: Hp da-1041tu
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop battery is showing weak and it needs to get replaced. I had taken the extended warranty with the laptop and there mention N-CSR battery replace but customer support said the battery is not included in the warranty. I had to pay 10K for battery replacement.
