During the start up of my laptop it says battery is weak, contact HP, it may need to be replaced. I contacted customer care, created digital case, talked to virtual agent but I didn't got any solution. They are saying battery is not covered under warranty, Battery is covered under warranty for 1st year only. But my laptop is under warranty and it clearly mentions N-CSR Battery Replace under Deliverables. I had extended warranty at the time of purchase because it included Battery Replacement. What does it actually mean? It is very misleading. I don't understand exactly why are they not replacing battery. I have invested lot of time to get solution. I am very disappointed and I will not make mistake to buy HP products again. Please help! What I should do?
