Battery replacement

Hi guys,

My laptop battery capacity is very low and it recommends that I replace it. I searched the spare part number (L11119-856) on HP Parts Store, but I could not find it. After searching on google, I found this: https://www.hplaptopbattery.co.uk/hp-l11119-856-battery-184042.htm. However, I am not sure if it's the correct one and whether it's genuine.
My laptops is: 

HP Pavilion x360 Convertible Laptop PC 14-dh0020na

Normally HP does not stock spare batteries on its Parts Store, same for L11119-856

You have to use part # to search elsewhere .

Well, who knows. They MUST follow the commercial laws in your country in terms of warranty.

Hey Lexa

You have to look on ur battery only.

Next to the hp logo is a product abbreviation. E.G. HT03XL.

Watch out for this abbreviation and will find your battery.

HP has few ways to identify a piece of hardware: model, product and part #. From HP Parts Store normally HP uses Part Numbers - For example one of my machines which is an HP Omen 15-dc0071tx

• its parts list: https://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?searchText=4PA12PA

To order the right parts including battery I have to use the list above. Of course many parts on the list can be used by many models products but they have their list.

Confusion isn't it.
