Hello HP Community,

I'm seeking assistance in finding a compatible replacement battery for my HP 15-rb002ni laptop. Unfortunately, the original battery was misplaced during a repair, and I don't have the part number.

Could someone please guide me on the correct battery model or part number suitable for my laptop? Additionally, recommendations for reputable suppliers or retailers in South Africa would be greatly appreciated.

Enter your notebook's serial number in the search window at the link below and it should provide you with the battery part number and description.

 

HP PartSurfer

 

Chapter 3 of the service manual on the support page lists two different batteries used in the model series -- a 3-cell and a 4-cell.
