The battery on my HP Pavilion 14-ce0000ne has almost had it.  Where can I find the battery information to order a replacement, and can anyone suggest the best option? Thanks!

@markyrog,

The service manual (on page 53) indicates your battery's HP part number is L11119-855 (battery description: 3-cell, 41-WHr, 3.6-AHr, Li-ion battery).

If you want an HP genuine original battery, you can get one from HP Parts Store for $127.61.

You can use the battery part number to search on vendors (e.g. Amazon and eBay) for compatible replacement batteries for much less prices.

That's great, thanks! I'm looking for the cheaper options available here in the UK, but there seems to be issues with their reliability.

Cheap batteries may have cells that will degrade faster or may not even communicate with the system.

I suggest that you look for batteries that provide 1-year warranty (some batteries don't mention warranty).

Also, look for batteries with high positive review score and high volume of reviews,
