HP Spectre x360 - 13t-ac000 CTO
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm owning an HP Spectre x360 and I recently found my battery not functioning well. While charged, the battery icon says "99% available, (plugged in, charging)"; when I plug out the charger, the battery icon immediately shows "68% remaining", which is not consistent with the battery percentage as shown before. When I plug the charger back in, the battery immediately goes back to "99% available". I have run the battery diagnosis with and without charging but the test results both showed the battery is running well. I wonder where the problem is in my battery and how I could solve it.

Hello, your battery has only 80% of this original capacity (in the last capture), so you can to continue calibration but if your battery don't work better I think you need to replace it.

Your battery has the HP reference 859356-855. You can buy the original HP battery here:

Or a compatible battery very chipper here:

Hello, he has 2 possible issues: if your battery need to be calibrate, if it is used..

You can try to calibrate your battery, for this you just need to charge all your battery, and unplug your charger and wait up to your PC shut off automaticaly (battery discharged). You can try this few times.

If your battery don't work better you need probably to replace it. For more informations you can retry the battery test (when your battery have less 90% of charge) and paste me all the repport.

Thank you so much! I've tried charging the battery till full and use up all the battery a few times but the problem still exists. Here's a screenshot of my battery while discharging (83%) and charging (90%) at the same time. I can see that the 'full charge capacity' is changing when I'm plugging in and out the charger. Is it the problem with my battery or should I continue recalibrating the battery?
