Product: Hp pavilion notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Sir my laptop get charge till 64% after that it show that it will take 3 hour to fully charge but bettery is not charged after 3 hour

I checked battery status using hp battery check it shows primary battery :calibrate what should I do now

I reviewed your post and I understand that the battery is not getting charged completely.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you update the BIOS from the below link and check if it helps.
