Product: HP Notebook 15-da1058tu
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

While charging my laptop , it stopped charging at 70% and the charging light on the laptop turn into "white" which indicates charging is complete but it not being fully charged.  In the "Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Power Options" the power plans is selected "balanced". 

 

Please help to fix this issue.
