HP. [edit] A different user had the exact same computer, product code...everything matched. The user was also experiencing the same problem as me.
You sent them a private message on how to fix their problem, yet told me to start a new thread. Why do you insist on wasting my time?

What is the product number of your HP notebook? ? Use this link to find it: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03754824 (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).
Have you tried charging your laptop using a different adapter?
Have you tried to update the Bios on your PC?
