I bought this laptop last week. When I turn on the laptop and keep using it while charging, after 15-20 mins it drops from 100 % to 94% then the battery charge to 100 %, and everything works fine. This happens every time I start using the laptop.
Is this thing happen normally? If not, what should I do to fix this issue?
I've already searched for this online and found 2 post :
but they didn't mention the laptop is charging or not. I also tried to do the solution below but it doesn't work.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the battery drops to 94% even when the charger is connected.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
The battery stops charging when the battery percentage reaches 100% and it is done to protect the battery from overcharging and it is normal. However, I recommend you update the BIOS from the below link and check if it helps.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
The battery stops charging when the battery percentage reaches 100% and it is done to protect the battery from overcharging and it is normal. However, I recommend you update the BIOS from the below link and check if it helps.
