HP Envy 15k011tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

A day before my notebook suddenly powered off while on battery for only 5mins.I tried to turn on immediately(on battery) but it didn't.Later on external power when I turned it on the battery level was indicating '0% available(plugged in,charging)'.It has been stucked to 0% ever since. If I remove the AC adapter,it immediately powers off. When I ran battery diagnosis from UEFI it failed.

1.removing ACPI complaint method battery driver,removing battery & adapter,holding power button for 30 sec & re-inserting battery & adapter

2.updating BIOS

3.windows reset

4.clean windows 10 installation

5.flashing BIOS using usb device
