I have a spectre x360 15 bl012dx that the track pad has stopped working on and the lid does not close properly due to a swollen battery. I've searched on the site and found that this is a common issue and some have had the battery replaced by HP while others have not been so lucky. It doesn't appear to be covered by the companies battery recall, although it seems like it should be based on all of the reported issues. What is the current status of this issue/getting a replacement battery?
