My laptop's has a swollen battery which is clearly a product defect! I have been using it for less than 2 years and the swelling of the base enclosure started by 14 months of use. How can I contact HP to replace the battery and base enclosure for me? I am not satisfied with the product at all and I can't find how to reach customer support!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
