I don't understand the issue. These model laptops were made in 2011, so that battery date is probably correct.
If you're asking will it still be good, we have no way of knowing that -- it depends entirely on usage. I have a ten year old battery for my HP laptop and it still works fine, so simply being that old does not mean that the battery will no longer work.
