I had a replacement battery, and bought a battery and I charged it overnight and it was at %99. I looked it up and did the steps, turning it off and taking the battery out and holding power button for 15 seconds. then putting it back in and turning on. I also, went in device manager and uninstall ACPI battery entries, and restart. when it powered on, the battery percentage showed a lower number of %97. Then it would only charge to that percentage. Do I have a bad battery? Is there anything I can do? Is this something that I'm just going to have to deal with? please help, if there's anything that I can do that will help.

Hello @Jas_D .
It is recommended to calibrate the battery.
1. Connect the AC adapter and check if the battery power LED lights up.
2. Allow the battery to charge for 15 to 30 minutes with the equipment off and no devices connected to it such as external usb drives either USB sticks or cables.
3. Try to turn on the computer.
o If the equipment starts: Run a battery test and calibrate the battery manually. For more information on how to calibrate the battery in the recommended way I have suggested, go to Battery Test and Calibration (Windows).
