Common problems for Battery

HP Pavilion - 15-cw1039nb
Microsoft Windows 11

So I have this Pavilion - 15cw1039nb that I want to get working again. I've noticed the battery not charging and is stuck at 0%. As seen in the pictures provided, it says the battery is indeed charging and plugged in but nothing happens.

As soon as I remove the charge cable from the charging port the laptop shuts down.

I've tried the following solutions that I found online:

  • Reinstall Drivers
  • Replace battery (HP Support Assist said the old one had dead cells, with the new one it says the battery is OK)
  • Remove battery and try a "hard reset"
  • Install windows updates
  • Update BIOS
  • Get a batteryreport in cmd using "powercfg /batteryreport", can also be found in the attachments (old battery gave an error in cmd but not when using the new ond)
  • Use a different charger, also measured them both and I get the voltage it should give

Anyone knows how I can maybe fix this? It would mean the world to me.

Thanks in advance

- Xander
