Product: ENVY 17 Laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I am in need of a battery.  Where can I purchase one?  I did order one from Amazon which never was delivered.  When I go to HP’s parts, it says no such part number.  HELP!

HP strongly recommends purchasing genuine HP replacement batteries. HP batteries are manufactured to meet or exceed international industry safety standards and are produced by the same vendors as the original batteries sold with notebooks.
