Product: OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop 16-k0000 (665B4AV)

Hi,

My laptop battery drains very quickly.(Battery runs out in about 2 hours) Also, when my computer is running on battery power, its battery drops from 100% to 94% and it does not show the numbers in between.

 

There is no error HP hardware diagnostic.It's been 8 months since I bought my device.I have encountered such a situation before. When I reset the computer, the battery life gets longer, but then the same thing happens again.
