Power on and tap the F10 key to invoke the BIOS.
In the Configuration tab check for a battery care function.
It may be set to 80% for best battery life.
You should be able to change that to 100%.
It is your laptop and your choice. but be aware that your battery probably won't last beyond two years if you do that.
