Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Goodmorning.

I have a problem with my battery, with hp Pavillion-15-cs1022nl. 

when i turn off my laptop less than 50%.  when I turn it on the battery goes directly to 0. 

Do I have to change the battery?
