Hi,

My laptop model: HP Envy x360 convertible 13-ag0xxx

battery part no: 5FP71PA#ACJ

Want to purchase and replace my battery as it has a blown fuse. 
can’t find it on HP store in India and when I go to the service centre, they have asked me to register a complain online, where no one ever calls me back. Based out of Pune, India. 
if anyone knows a way out, please help, since without battery my laptop has become a desktop.
