Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

High concentrations of salt in the air rusted my power jack. I went to Best Buy and Micro Center to order one only to be told they have an agreement with the manufacturer not to sell parts. They offered to repair my computer but I am not going to give them $129.00 to remove a single screw. I did the sensible thing cycled 600 miles to visit my sister who ordered a part online. The family has been buying HP since they were working out of their garage. This is unacceptable.
