Best internal 1TB SSD in HP Pavilion Model 15AC130DS

Internal HDD failed in HP Pavilion model #15AC130DS, will not boot.  Want to replace a failed 1TB HDD with a 1TB WD 3D Blue SSD.  Is the WD 3D Blue 2.5 SATA internal drive compatible with the HP Pavilion laptop?  If yes, then next would be loading WIN10 and restoring files from backup(s).

P.S.

Failed Drive is Toshiba MQ01ABD100 / hp p/n:677019-002: 

1) Fails HP diags

2) chkdsk does not clear issue

3) will not spin up in an external SATA case

In my opinion, the WD Blue 2.5" SSD provides the best sequential read/write performance for the price.

It should work fine in your notebook.
