The specifications show most configurations of your laptop as having eMMC memory that acts as a hard disk solution.
I suspect that would be the versions with Intel Celeron, and Pentium Silver and Gold installed.
Yours in in the Celeron processor installed laptop group. It does have the eMMC "hard disk".
There is no "internal" hard disk in your laptop.
The eMMC memory chips as soldered onto the system board and are not something that can be upgraded by most people.
Your laptop has 64GB eMMC storage there are a few options that I can suggest, Using an external hard drive or an SD memory card would be viable. If you go with the SDC media card route, use high end Class 10 Extreme versions.
Your laptop Supports microSD™, SDHC™, SDXC™ media cards.
I highly recommend buying a high capacity SDHC™or SDXC™ media card that is delivered with and adapter for micro SD cards.
