Hi 

I have lost my battery and i am looking for new battery there are many battery available in market but i want to buy a original one when i contact the sarvice center they ask me for the part number or serial number and i don't have these number can you help by telling me what is the part number or model number of hp 15r006tx laptop thanks in advance ....

Here is the part number of battery compatible for this notebook:-

4-cell, 41-Whr, 2.8-Ah Li-ion battery ---------------- 740715-001

3-cell, 31-Whr, 2.8-Ah Li-ion battery ---------------- 746641-001

 

Refer page no.41 in this service manual for the steps to replace the battery:- Click here
