Product: HP 14 inch Laptop PC 14-f1000 (2L1B0AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

We hereby want to highlight the issue we are facing with all our HP laptops of 14 & 15 series i.e. horizontal scratch on the screen and keys are being imprinted on the screen in the form of scratches. We have also checked this with other users and found that everyone carrying these laptops are facing this issue which is probably a design flaw.

 

We look forward for the resolution for this.
